About Us
At Fertile Ground, we understand that the journey to parenthood — and the emotions that come with it — are deeply personal. Our practice was built with this in mind. We offer thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care to individuals and couples navigating infertility, family building, pregnancy loss, and the many complexities that can arise along the way.
While reproductive psychology is at the heart of what we do, our work is not limited to it. We provide general psychotherapy as well, supporting clients through life transitions, identity exploration, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and more. Every person we work with brings a unique story, and we are honored to hold space for that story — with empathy, skill, and respect.
Our team is made up of psychologists who are recognized leaders in the field of fertility and third-party reproduction. We collaborate closely with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, attorneys, surrogacy agencies, and donor programs to provide high-quality psychological evaluations, clinical consultation, and ongoing therapeutic support. Our aim is to make these processes feel human, informed, and ethically sound for everyone involved.
Fertile Ground Professionals are authorized through PSYPACT to serve clients across much of the United States. We are also growing our work with professionals in the field — offering training, consultation, and clinical insight to help raise the standard of care in reproductive medicine and mental health.
Above all, Fertile Ground is a place where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered — no matter where they are in their journey. We believe that expert care can also be warm, that complexity deserves compassion, and that everyone deserves access to informed, inclusive mental health support.
What Sets Us Apart
Fertile Ground was founded with a clear purpose: to offer deeply specialized, ethical, and emotionally-attuned care in a field where mental health is often treated as an afterthought.
We are primarily a telehealth practice, which allows us to offer flexible, accessible services to clients across much of the United States through our PSYPACT authorization. Whether you’re in a major city, a rural community, or traveling for treatment, you can connect with expert care from the comfort and privacy of your own space. We currently offer in-person services in Atlanta, Georgia and New Jersey.
Our providers are nationally recognized for their work in reproductive psychology and are trusted by fertility clinics, agencies, attorneys, and donor banks for both evaluation and therapeutic services. We don’t treat fertility counseling as a side offering — it’s the foundation of our work. And because we’ve been part of this field for decades, we bring not only clinical skill, but also a deep respect for the emotional, ethical, and relational complexities involved.
We believe in care that is modern, warm, and grounded in best practices — and we’re proud to offer a space where clients can feel both held and informed.
