FAQ
How do I arrange and access telemental health sessions?
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email or text with your telehealth link. Prior to your appointment time, you will need to click on the link to set up your session. We recommend that you take your telehealth session in a private space where you will not be interrupted. Our doctors will not be able to participate in sessions when you are driving a vehicle.
How much does therapy cost, and does insurance cover it?
Costs vary, and insurance coverage depends on your provider and plan. We do not participate as “in-network” providers but we will assist you, with filing on your own with your insurance.
In accordance with the “No Surprises Act,” once services are requested, we send a Good Faith Estimate of the likely cost of treatment. We are committed to transparency in pricing.
